Policies:
Prices are subject to change with out notice. Accidentally wrong prices doesn't not force us to sell at that price. We are not responsible for misguided information from vendors about their products.
Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and handling prices are based upon the size of your order. Special order items usually require a higher shipping cost because they are usually placed on an order alone. We cannot calculate the shipping of your order until all the parts are received and we have a total size and weight.
Timeline:
If you are picking your parts up you can expect them to be in anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on the vendor. If we are shipping parts to you, you can usually count on about 5-10 business days. We are not responsible for a delayed shipping time because we can only control what goes on here.
Payment Methods:
We accept visa, mastercard, discover, American express, cash, and checks with a valid ID. Online orders can also be paid via PayPal, call for any other questions.
Customer Mistake:
If a customer make a mistake on a part number the part must be returned within 30 days of purchase and we will send it back but the customer must pay the 15% restocking fee and the shipping and handing.
Returns:
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. A receipt and depending on how it was paid for, the card that was used must be present along with your drivers license.
